My Philosophy
As an educator who has both witnessed and experienced the challenges inherent in traditional K-12 and post-secondary education systems, I am deeply committed to serving as the source of guidance and support that I myself once needed.
Drawing from a diverse range of personal and professional experiences, I strive to share the valuable lessons I’ve learned with those who are eager to grow. My mission is to reassure individuals that their starting point does not define their destination—empowering them to embrace their potential and chart their own path to success.
My Experience
After working in education within several New York City-based charter schools, I gained firsthand insight into the systemic challenges and barriers prevalent in traditional education systems.
In 2021, I deepened my understanding of educational equity by completing a fellowship with Leaders of Color, a program of Education Reform Now. This national think tank and advocacy organization focuses on developing innovative strategies to transform public education, particularly for low-income students and students of color.
Subsequently, I served as an instructor and Community Manager at an adult coding school dedicated to empowering high-potential individuals from underserved communities. In this role, I had the privilege of advising and mentoring over 600 fellows, guiding them through their coding journeys and supporting their professional growth.

From guiding young professionals entering the workforce to offering life coaching for young men navigating societal expectations, our services are designed to meet diverse needs.
We specialize in professional development, including resume creation, LinkedIn optimization, and AI-driven coaching, as well as a transformative 12-week program aimed at helping Incels and radicalized men deconstruct harmful ideologies and embrace personal growth.
